CPR Training



It pays to have first aid skills because you can't learn them in an emergency. This CPR / Resuscitation course provides the skills necessary to recognise and then manage a casualty who is unconscious and is not breathing.

CPR is a life saving technique which can sustain life until an ambulance crew arrives. Your understanding of how to conduct Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation may one day save a life.



Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines, require that CPR refresher training is undertaken every 12 months.

  • DRSABCD action plan
  • Respond to signs of an unconscious casualty
  • Perform CPR in line with ARC guidelines
  • Infection control
  • Demonstrate the use of AED
