In order to enrol in the Diploma of Human Resources (BSB50320) you must have completed 4 of the core units from the Certificate IV Human Resources
Have two years equivalent full-time relevant work experience.
Specifically, you must have completed the following units (or equivalent competencies):
BSBHRM411 Administer performance development processes (or BSBHRM403)
BSBHRM412 Support employee and industrial relation (or BSBWRK411)
BSBHRM415 Coordinate recruitment and onboarding (or BSBHRM405)
BSBHRM417 Support human resource functions and processes (or BSBHRM404)
Equivalent competencies are predecessors to these units, which have been mapped as equivalent.
These are listed as the 'or' units above.

If you do not have the 4 prerequisite units, but still wish to undertake the Diploma Human Resources we can help.

* There are 7 Compulsory (Core) units
* You must select at least 2 electives from Group A
* You must select at least 2 electives from Group B
* 1 unit may be selected from Groups A or B or we may import it from another Current Qualification

If you already have a Diploma, we MAY be able to credit you with at least 1 elective.
If you have already completed a unit as part of another Diploma, there is no need to complete it again.
