With the recent developments related to Covid-19 (Coronavirus), it is natural that we are all a little concerned. The World Health Organization has announced that COVID-19 is a pandemic. We are doing our part to reduce the spread of the virus in our daily business. In view of the constantly changing Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation we want to let you know what actions Easy HR are taking in this difficult and unprecedented time.

Our Approach
We are focusing on the health and wellbeing of our staff and their families while we continue to provide high level service to our clients. We monitor all official updates and follow advice from the Australian Government Department of Health. We are maintaining a calm and balanced view and will try to make informed decisions that help limit the spread of the Coronavirus. Despite the situation, Easy HR staff will be available to maintain our usual level of service to our clients. We take our responsibility to you seriously and will ensure that we can continue to deliver a high level of service to you. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any queries you have.

Can we help you?
Thank you to all the clients who have been in touch. Please let us know if your organisation has implemented any restrictions or has any particular requirements with regard to our product or service availability and delivery. We have been working with clients to develop alternative delivery methods using technology that is easy to use and set up. This allows participants to join a training session from wherever they are based. It also allows participants to join a meeting from the safety of their own desk, rather than having to go to a meeting room. The software we use is compatible with computers, iphones and android phones.

Our Offices

We have increased the number of cleaning cycles for our training room and office area. Our Building management has also increased the cleaning of commonly touched items. This includes door handles, switches, buttons, etc. Where possible, staff will continue to work from home.

Face To Face Training

Where possible, we will use technology in lieu of face to face training. Our software allows us to communicate with particpants, while at the same time presenting powerpoint slides directly to your screen. We continue to expore the use of technology to provide practical and effective training. 'Hands on' practical training like first aid and working at heights has been suspended at this time.

Distance Education - Online and Workbooks

Online training is business as usual. We will continue to provide our Qualifications via our online Learning Management system and workbooks. If workbooks have been selected, we continue to ask student to email their completed assignments to us.

Payment Plans

We understand that the economy has taken a hit and that unemployment and underemployment is rising. We are willing to assist individuals by offering customised payment plans. Please contact us for a confidential discussion in relation to how we can assist you. We understand the vicious circle of needing skills to get the job, but needing the job to pay for the training.
