Course Entry Requirements
ACADEMIC

In order to enrol in the Diploma of Human Resources (BSB50320) you must have completed 4 of the core units from the Certificate IV Human Resources
OR
Have two years equivalent full-time relevant work experience.

Specifically, you must have completed the following units (or equivalent competencies):
BSBHRM411 Administer performance development processes (or BSBHRM403)
BSBHRM412 Support employee and industrial relation (or BSBWRK411)
BSBHRM415 Coordinate recruitment and onboarding (or BSBHRM405)
BSBHRM417 Support human resource functions and processes (or BSBHRM404)

Equivalent competencies are predecessors to these units, which have been mapped as equivalent.
These are listed as the 'or' units above.


IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE PREREQUISITES
If you do not have the 4 prerequisite units, but still wish to undertake the Diploma Human Resources we can help.

We offer a special price for students who wish to complete the 4 prerequisite units so that they can complete the Diploma Human Resources.

    In order to minimise the cost associated with the Double Diploma, a limited number of electives are available. Electives have been specifically selected to minimise the number of units required to complete both Qualifications.

    By studying units, you are able to complete both the

    Units may be substituted provided the new units continue to satisfy the Qualification rules. Where substitution occurs, an addtional fee may be payable.
