What is AVETMISS?

AVETMISS stands for the Australian Vocational Education and Training Management Information Statistical Standard. It is a national data standard which ensures the consistency and accuracy of vocational education and training.

When you enrol we direct you to a form that asks you some personal questions, and your reason for studying. This is the AVETMISS data.

We are required by law to collect this data, and share it with the National Centre for Vocational Education Research Ltd.
