My completed units are not appearing on my USI Transcript?

USI information is uploaded to the USI database in Feb every year.

We are required to upload the previous calendar year's data in the Feb of the following year.

So for example:

  • 2022 data will be uploaded in Feb 2023.
  • 2023 data will be uploaded in Feb 2024.
  • 2024 data will be uploaded in Feb 2025.
  • 2025 data will be uploaded in Feb 2026.
