Easy HR online training courses use the internet and computer technologies to enable the delivery and assessment of course content.
If you choose to study this course online, you must
* have access to an internet enabled computer.
* you may find it easier if you have access to a printer.
If you have a poor internet connection, we strongly suggest you order the printed workbooks.
Students will be expected to communicate with their trainer/assessor via email.
If this is not possible, students can book a phone meeting at a mutually convenient time.
Courses that cannot be completed due to not having access to the above mentioned requirements will not be entitled to a refund.
In the case of a technical error with customers hardware or software Easy HR will not be held responsible and full refunds will not be possible.
All online courses are tested on our own computers using Google Chrome and Firefox.
