What support do you offer?
Each enrolled student will have access to trainer support.
Trainers can be contacted by telephone and email during business hours. There is no additional cost to chat with a trainer.
All of our trainers are passionate industry experts who are available to guide you through this learning experience.
In some cases you may need to make an appointment to talk with your trainer, as they be be conducting face to face training. You can always leave a message or send them an email directly.
You are encouraged to email or phone your trainer to raise questions, seek clarification or discuss difficulties in regard to any aspect of the unit, including assessment tasks.
Alternative assessment tasks, deemed to be equivalent to those described in the course units, may sometimes be negotiated between the trainer and the participant to reflect your work situation provided such tasks meet the outcomes of the unit.
