What is Connected Delivery

Connected Delivery is the term used by SafeWork NSW for courses delivered and facilitated live in real time.

SafeWork NSW require:

• PC with good internet access or a mobile phone with data available.
• Webcams allow us to confirm your attendance throughout the course. We use a webcam so when slides are not getting displayed, you will see the facilitator. Webcams are mandatory for HSR and Construction Induction Training.
• The Microphone make it easy for us to chat.  If you don't have these we can still display slides on your PC and you can communicate with the trainer using a phone. You will need to join the meeting using both your PC and your phone. Please be aware that call charges to a standard Sydney number. will apply. 
• Speakers or Headphones so that you can hear the trainer. If you don't have these we can still display slides on your PC and you can communicate with the trainer using a phone. A headset or headphones give you more privacy, and won't disturb others in the office.
