Extensions

If you have a serious reason for not meeting the deadline, you should apply to your trainer before the due date. It is your responsibility to ensure that your assignment is received by the due date.

The following tips will help in regard to assignments:

* Save regularly whilst you're working

* Backup-up your work regularly

* Ensure you have security software on your computer to check for viruses

* Keep a printed copy of all assignments submitted as well as an electronic version.

If you feel that you need a little extra time, please contact us, as we may be able to provide an extension for an additional fee. This fee may be waived at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Qualifications are updated from time to time, so there will be some situations where we are simply not able to provide an extension if a qualification has been superseded. We are normally provided with a 12 month teach out period for superseded qualifications and units, and students must complete their Qualification before this time. We are usually able to work with students to transfer them to the newer Qualification, provided that we continue to have the updated Qualification on scope. Where this occurs additional fees may apply, and the student may need to complete additional units.
