Short courses in your workplace
A Toolbox Talk is an informal group discussion that focuses on a particular issue. Toolbox Talks, also known as Pre-Start or Take 5 Safety Talks are also an effective way to get your team communicating about workplace hazards before commencing work. At Easy HR we understand that time is valuable, and that not everybody can afford a whole day or half a day to attend training. That's why we developed our 'Toolbox talks'. These talks can cover a variety of topics, and they are a great opportunity for workers to voice their concerns or support for workplace process or systems.
Having short but frequent Toolbox Talks can significantly increase productivity, and reduce workplace incidents. Our Toolbox talks generally last between 30-60 minutes and can be on any number of topics.
