If you find a comparable training product, from a genuine competitor, at a lower price, we will beat that price by 5%.
The Fine Print
We reserve the right to limit our maximum discount amount to $300.
If we offer a qualification combination with less units than the competitor, then we will match their price, rather than beating it.
The claim must be made either before purchasing from Easy HR, or no longer than 7 days after purchasing from Easy HR.
Refunds are not possible once payment has been made, however we will provide a credit note valid for 6 months.
Lower competitor price must be verifiable via an internet URL address or written advertisement. A copy must be supplied. These must be public documents and available to any visitor to the competitor's website.
The competitor product must be of comparable value based on training hours offered, type of course, final qualification, inclusions, etc.
The competitor product must be of comparable delivery method/modality (multimedia online, face-to-face, weekday, weekend, etc.)
Where relevant, we reserve the right to limit your electives to the same electives as our competitor, or replacement electives of our choosing.
The price match course must be conducted in the same city or town as the Easy HR course, and must be offered within 30 calendar days of the Easy HR course.
You should be able to book a spot on the alternate course - in otherwords the competitor's course must not be full, on standby, or unconfirmed.
The price match course must be in the future.
This offer is only available for our public or online courses.
We are unable to price match concession pricing or government funded pricing offered by a competitor.
